Master of Science (MSEM) in Engineering Management

Engineering Management Curriculum (Graduate Catalog 2010 -2011)

This program blends a carefully chosen mix of engineering courses offered by the College of Engineering and Computing and business courses offered by the School of Business, to prepare future industry leaders for an increasingly technological business environment.

The MSEM program is designed to offer one of the most appropriate management degrees for those individuals who would like to advance to managerial positions and wish to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills for success. The MSEM curriculum integrates theoretical concepts, case studies and computer software in a simulated business environment where students are challenged to make decisions that have organizational wide impact. Students in the program will have the opportunity to use and learn contemporary software and specialize in a chosen field of study.

The Master of Science (MS) in Engineering Management offers selected courses online. This alternative delivery method has proven beneficial for adult learners who are seeking convenience in their graduate education without compromising the quality of the program of study.
