The Department of Biomedical Engineering offers a merit-based scholarship for FIU Undergraduates as well as transfer students with at least 60 credit hours. There are several $5,000 scholarships for an allocation of $1,250 over a period of four semesters. These awards are highly competitive; hence, prospective students are urged to apply and submit all required records and scores as early as possible so they can be considered for these awards.

BIOMEDICAL ENGINEERING UNDERGRADUATE EXCELLENCE SCHOLARSHIP Eligibility Criteria:
Student must have completed and/or transferred 60 credits at FIU.
GPA >= 3.0.
Declare / Intend Biomedical Engineering as the Major field of study. "

Application deadline: April 3, 2007.
	Scholarship application

Completed applications must reach the department of Biomedical Engineering on or before APRIL 3rd, 2007. Winners will be notified by mail.
